Use this page if you are a tenant or letting agent and wish to record a
meter reading(s) for your property. You will need your account number.
Please take a moment to read this checklist before you begin:
- Ensure the house name and details of the meter(s) displayed are correct.
- There is no need to enter fractions of a unit or figures after the decimal place.
- If you realise you have made a mistake after you have submitted the reading, start again and choose the "correction" reading type.
